David Linders

David first became aware of the devastating effects of diabetic foot ulcers while working with amputees in a biomechanics research laboratory. Soon after, he co-founded Podimetrics to prevent these debilitating wounds from occurring and eliminate diabetic amputations altogether. As Chief Product Officer, David oversees, develops, and executes the product strategy for Podimetrics to deliver excellent patient monitoring solutions to enable all people to live independently. He also oversees hardware product development, compliance, and manufacturing at Podimetrics. David holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management as part of the Leaders for Global Operations Program. He previously helped develop an implantable device for lung cancer radiation guidance at Calypso Medical (now owned by Varian Medical Systems).
